● भारत देश का पहला स्टॉक एक्सचेंज बम्बई स्टाॅक एक्सचेंज की स्थापना 1875 में हुई।

● पहली विंबल्डन टेनिस प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन 1877 में हुआ।

● अमेरिकी अखबार द वॉल स्ट्रीट जर्नल का प्रकाशन 1889 में शुरू हुआ।
