Lots of uses with nuts...

Cashews, almonds, pistachios, walnuts and raisins can be used to control weight. These take longer to chew. Due to the fats and fiber in these, they take longer to digest. It does not make you hungry as soon as your stomach is full. So the rice is eaten less. The same starch in aloo chips and French press can raise blood glucose levels. This increases insulin consumption and causes hunger. A research has shown that when 50 grams of nuts and the same amount of chips are consumed once a week for four years, if the nuts lose 0.26 kg of weight, the chips gain 1.5 kg.
Vitamin K plays a vital role in blood clotting. Naturally enough of this vitamin is available through the foods we eat daily. However, those who suffer from gallstones, liver diseases, digestive problems, and those who use antibiotics for a long time, need more vitamin K than usual. It is found in abundance in all types of leafy greens (mostly in lettuce), vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, dosa, avocado and kiwi fruit. Tomatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, grapes, apples, bananas, and oats also provide some vitamin K. To get rid of dark spots under the eyes.  it is very good to take food that is rich in vitamin K. This problem will be solved soon.
What matters is what you eat:
Scientists say that to maintain health, it is not what we eat, how much we eat, but when we eat it is very important. A recent research shows that eating time plays a key role in obesity. Children are late from school and tuitions and parents are late coming home from offices, so everyone is staying up late at night. After a short while they fall asleep. That's why today's generation is facing the problem of obesity which the ancestors did not have. American scientists have shown in experiments on mice that many genes are actively involved in metabolism when they are awake than when they are asleep. Therefore, they say that for those who have problems like diabetes and obesity, the lifestyle practices practiced by our ancestors like fasting, eating and sleeping early at night are very useful.
