How to make EGG PUFF at home easily

Making egg puffs at home is actually quite easy! Here's a simple recipe to help you get started

Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (red or green)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves (cilantro)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.

2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and bell peppers, and sauté them until they become slightly soft and translucent.

3. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they have softened.

4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan containing the sautéed vegetables. Allow the mixture to spread out evenly.

5. Sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves over the egg mixture.
6. Let the egg mixture cook on medium-low heat for a few minutes until the edges start to set.

7. Using a spatula, gently lift the edges of the egg mixture to allow the uncooked portion to flow underneath. Continue this process until the egg is cooked and set.

8. Once the bottom is cooked and the top is no longer runny, carefully flip the egg puff over using a spatula. Cook for another minute or so until the other side is lightly browned.
9. Remove the egg puff from the pan and place it on a cutting board. Allow it to cool for a minute.

10. Slice the egg puff into desired shapes, such as squares or triangles.

11. Serve the egg puffs hot as a snack or breakfast item. They can be enjoyed on their own or with ketchup or a spicy chutney.
